HOW TO APPLY

Starting from the centre of the Cupid's bow, gently line the lips and follow the shape of your lips down and around the natural lip line with the Lustre Lip Liner. For absolute precision take your time with this to achieve the perfect outline. Once you are happy with this then reapply again for an even full coverage shimmering finish.
